David McDonald was granted licensure as a Real Estate Salesperson in 2004 by The Maryland Real Estate Commission. Since that time he has actively participated in numerous real estate transactions involving the sale, lease and purchase of lots and land, new and existing homes, condominiums, and commercial properties. Having an in-depth knowledge of purchase, rehab, new construction and investor financing

Assisting in locating, acquiring, constructing and rehabbing various types of real property

Maintaining a network of licensed consultants and contractors familiar with the building code and various construction methods

Maintaining a network of experts in titling, zoning, appraising, financing and tax incentives.
